Two bottles disappeared in a week, mostly drizzled over fried chicken and a cheese board I threw together for friends. The chili heat builds slowly instead of hitting you all at once, which is why I keep reaching for it over regular hot sauce.

The honey-chili balance is spot on—sweet up front with a real heat that lingers just enough. I’ve been drizzling it over roasted chicken and even stirred some into a vinaigrette, and both turned out fantastic.

The honey cuts the heat just enough that I can actually taste the chili instead of just burning. I've been using it on grilled chicken and in a quick vinaigrette, works great both ways. Only wish the bottles were bigger since I'm going through them fast.
